If Su'a wants to go, I'd be sending him on his way and making a play for:
  • Siua Wong
  • Terrell May
I guess Su'a does want to go or Flanno doesn't want him otherwise he'd have been extended by now.

Poaching one or both of those would be a coup but how many players leave the Rorters if the Rorters want to keep them? I know it happens but very rarely. I could be wrong and I know jodragon40 jodragon40 is a big fan of Su'A but I think Wong might have a bit more upside in his game.

Yep but the problem is, there are so many promising young players coming though, I think Flanno will hesitate to sign both. Su'A is off contract at the end of next season, isn't he? I think it might be the right time to let him go if we could sign Wong.

Amone has gone! May avoid gaol time but the mob running this club will not want any further poor culture, so will sack him. Unless Flanagan brings in a quality 5/8 to replace him or gives Sloan a crack there, we are left with two play making duds with no where near the natural talent of Amone. If the case we are in for another shocker of a season.

Any decently run club would explain why it let Sullivan go and signed Flanagan! The reasoning might be very solid. Like, "we had Junior on the books, ******* and ******* coming through the grades and Hunt at halfback. Sullivan was on $******* and we that is money we didn't want to spend on someone playing in reserve grade. So we only let him go on the provision the Tigers were paying 100% of his salary. Flanagan came on a minimum wage because we thought we needed more depth in the halves with Sullivan gone and hooker."

That would be reasonable even though it has now backfired. But we need to know! And we need to know the plan isn't to start Flanagan in the halves! He has to start in the NSW Cup and earn a position by playing well, not make the 17 due to his dad being the coach! What a fuking amateurish organisation to allow the coach to sign a player simply because he's the coaches son🤬.

What about Hutchison ? Has he signed with anyone yet ? Better snapple him before Gus…..As far as Amone is concerned,.. did he really think the judge would buy his defence that it wasn’t him ?

Yep got rid of Sully who I would have kept over Amone , I was always thinking this would happen , Flanno not signing Sully and then signing his son , now bingo ..... Not against young Flanno playing , might turn out ok ...... The next thing that will happen if Flanno fails is Young jr takes over...

Surely if the Dragons secretly offered him double what the Dogs are paying him which is probably a minimum wage he'd be able to seek and get a release.

I really can't understand why this bloke is so lowly rated. Doesn't have much of a running game but seems to be a good, controlling 5/8. Would probably compliment Hunt's running game really well.

Probably dreaming. They can't sneeze without getting banned for a few months. Probably get jailed for a few months and be back in 2025.

Flanno has been talking a lot. I wonder who he is going to target. My guess is Manu to play fullback on 1.1 mil a year for 5 years.
